Our Premium Organic Matcha is grown in Southern Japan, in Kagoshima, at the base of the Kirishima mountains — a region known for its volcanic soil, pure air, and cool, misty climate. These ideal growing conditions encourage slow leaf development, creating a deeper, cleaner flavour and a richer nutrient profile.

Before harvest, the tea plants are shade-grown to increase their chlorophyll and amino acid content. This natural process gives matcha its vivid green colour, smooth taste, and calming L-theanine profile.

After picking, the leaves are de-stemmed, gently dried,
and stone-ground
into a fine, silky powder that blends effortlessly.

The flavour is full and rounded, with no harsh bitterness — ideal for matcha lattes, whisked matcha, smoothies, or cooking.

Directions
